We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Our customer support team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

 

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

 

If your return is approved and the item needs to be returned because of our error, we will provide return instructions and may provide a return shipping label.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

 

Please inspect your order after delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@Leyyou.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and help make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging.

 

Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

 

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
