Shipping Policy

At Leyyou, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Please note that weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, or other events outside our control may affect shipping times.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to countries or regions outside the United States at this time.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is:

Processing Time + Transit Time = 6 to 11 business days

Order Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other reliable carriers depending on the destination and service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after your order has shipped, please contact us at info@Leyyou.com.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@Leyyou.com within 24 hours after placing your order.

Once an order has shipped or is already in transit, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you want to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or reshipping costs.
